Every knocker is cast, filed, and finished to order in our Uttar Pradesh workshop before it ships — here’s what to expect between checkout and your doorstep.

Processing & dispatch
Each knocker is cast, filed, and finished to order rather than picked from a shelf — that takes about 4 business days before it’s handed to our courier partner. You’ll get an SMS/email once your order ships, along with a tracking link.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, most orders reach metro cities within 3–4 business days and the rest of India within 4–6 business days. Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take a little longer — if your pin code can’t be serviced by our courier partner, we’ll contact you before shipping to sort out an alternative.
Order tracking
Once your knocker ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by SMS/email to follow it the rest of the way. If you haven’t received tracking details within 6 business days of ordering, call us and we’ll check on it.
Payment on delivery
Cash on delivery, UPI, and card payments are all accepted at checkout — free shipping applies to every payment method.
Damaged in transit
Please inspect your package when it arrives. If anything looks damaged, see our Returns Policy for how to report it — we cover return shipping for anything that arrives damaged or defective.
Shipping is currently India-only.
