Returns Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with your knocker. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your knocker must be unused and unfitted (no screw holes, no mounting), in its original packaging, with the screws and fitting template still included. Small variation in patina, texture, or finish between pieces is a natural result of hand-casting and hand-finishing solid brass — it’s not a defect and isn’t grounds for a return.

How to start a return

Call us at +91 98758 28040 within 10 days of delivery with your order details. We’ll confirm eligibility and arrange pickup with our courier partner where serviceable, or share a return address if pickup isn’t available in your area.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different motif or size, return your order under this policy and place a new one — your refund will process as usual.

Who pays return shipping

  • If the knocker arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — we cover return shipping.
  • If you’re returning it for any other reason (changed your mind, wrong size chosen, etc.) — return shipping is on you.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Please check your knocker as soon as it arrives. If it’s damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video — this is the fastest way for us to sort out a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI and wallet refunds are usually visible faster than card refunds, since card issuers run on their own settlement cycle we don’t control.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they’re dispatched — call us and we’ll cancel and refund in full. Once an order has shipped, it follows the return process above instead.
