Indistores (indistores.com) is operated by Sanjay Sharma, trading as Indistores, a proprietorship registered in Uttar Pradesh, India (GSTIN 08KRGPS1174G1ZD). See our About Us page for full registration details.

Products & pricing

Every knocker is solid, hand-cast brass — no plating, no alloy fill. Because each piece is finished by hand, small variation in patina, texture, and weight between individual pieces is normal and not a defect. All prices on this site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices for future orders at any time; the price you pay is the price confirmed at checkout.

Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is confirmed (or, for cash on delivery, once we dispatch your order). We accept cash on delivery, UPI, and card payments through a secure third-party payment gateway — we don’t store your card or UPI details ourselves. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product turns out to be unavailable or if we suspect fraud.

Delivery timelines, costs, and coverage are covered on our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are covered on our Returns Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Using this website

You may browse and use this site for your own personal shopping. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or otherwise reuse our product photography, written content, or design without our written permission. All content on indistores.com — text, images, and the Indistores name and logo — belongs to us or is used with permission.

Limitation of liability

We’re a small workshop, not a large retailer, and we do our best to describe our products accurately. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your purchase — our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
